Its always a thrill for an author to see their book on display at a Barnes & Noble outlet. Dr. Molly Barrow say her new book, Malia & Teacup - Awesome African Adventure last night residing on the book shelves at her local B & N.
Even though, not her first book, she found the experience of seeing her book prominently displayed with cover out very satisfying. "After years of work, to see the book finally on the shelves is very gratifying, indeed. The cover stood out among the other books which also was quite nice," Dr. Barrow stated. " I hope children will enjoy the book and will capture the messages that have been infused within the book about building high self esteem. Its a message every child needs to be exposed to - it will keep them safer and build stronger and more empowered characteristics. With the help of teachers, parents and grandparents, children need to know that "Telling" is okay and if they do tell when someone has hurt them or tried to, it keeps them safe and other children as well." Dr. Barrow added.
